The Beginning

First deployment. First proof.

Focal started with a single belief: AI technology had become good enough to genuinely move businesses forward — but almost no one was deploying it properly. We took on our first client, built the system, and shipped it. It worked. That was the proof of concept, and the only mandate we've needed since.
